Hello Everyone, Firstly, this is going to be a rant, so if your going to complain about it then dont bother reading it! I was banned for 7 days for something I did in the B/S/T section, I am not sure what it was but I assume it was because I was asking if anyone knew a website that I could carry out a money exchange on. I was unhappy I got banned because I was asking for someone to recommend a website, and I was NOT looking for someone to do it for me though DP. I have also just logged on now to find that a member who registered on 12th June 2008 has left me negative itrader for a transaction that was never carried out. He also only has 8 posts, and 2 itrader, and one of those itrader is left from a person with a very similar name to himself (suspicious if you ask me) I want to know why the MODs dont do something, I mean, I got banned last week for something, and i am a trusted and relatively well known person with 1000+ posts. Yet I get this cr*p from newbies giving me negative rep for no reason. If I am honest, I want him banned and I want my itrader given back to me, I earnt that itrader through hard work, and I dont see why I should have to be seen (by potential customers) to be untrustworthy because of this newbies idiocy! MODs Sort It Out!!
Your best bet is to report the iTrader abuse (e.g. iTrader given when no deal took place) by posting a thread in Suggestions and Feedback. If you do that then at least it'll get noticed by everyone (including the admins, who may be feeling charitable today). It will also act as a permanent point of reference incase you need to explain that iTrader in future. My advice would be to keep your iTrader complaint matter of fact. Do not mention your previous ban at all. Do not go off on a rant about how unfair things might seem to you. If you PM your concerns to a mod they'll undoubtedly say "we can't help - iTrader is irreversible" or whatever.
