I am not "showing your Terms to everyone". You have already included a link in your first post to your TOS; it is not a secret, as far as I know. Perhaps I didn't make myself clear. Why does your TOS state that those stuff aren't allowed, when you in the first post state that "(Except Child Porno, File Hosting, Proxy & Torrents.The rest is allowed)". Isn't it contradictory? So is "warez" allowed, or not?

im confused in your tos you say no proxys on your main page you say you Support zelune, Glype, does that me i can run proxy sites as long as its glype? if so ill take it.

 

Neavix, as you noted I just give link to our TOS, not inserted in post.Warez linking and warez hosting different kind issues.Well for your another PM as I replied before we will reply after our tech guys will back from Data Center.About warez sites,you can only host warez linking sites, not hosting as you see in our thread file Hosting not allowed.

Yes, you are quite right, basically except Child Porn everything is allowed in our servers (you can check my previous threads). But for every type of content we have various configured servers. In current server we don`t allow proxy hosting, but from know I want to inform every new customer about that, 1 proxy site will be allowed in any yearly plan (PHP based).

Dear members, please make note that we have only 1 main site and various servers to sell spots from.In some servers we allow proxy sites,torrents,IRC,Streamin and etc,but in some not allowing.Currently we sell spots from the server where proxy and torrents are not allowed, but every customer who will order any yearly plan will be able to run this type sites: only 1 proxy site (PHP based) and only 1 active torrent.Also I want to inform all members about our exactly allowed site types:

We allow,warez linking,adult,ddl,porn and other this type sites (Sites which not load CPU)
