Hi guys, just got my Analytics invite code, but i've been using statcounter for a few weeks now waiting for my code.

Is it worth the change, does it do everything statcounter does.

Would like to hear if anyone has switched between the two, only to switch back.

    Cheers.

I run both because to be honest I find that statcounter provides more useful information and it is in real time when compared to google analytics.

I miss the visitor paths of statcounter, and be aware that Analytics does not have a backup option for <noscript>.. but I did not want to use both and risk more load time.

Statcounter all the way = went from statcounter to google and then back to statcounter after a week!

I also started with statcounter, while waiting for Google Analytics. Now, after getting my Analytics invite, I'm using both ! The visitors path feature in statcounter is very good. It takes a while to get familiar with all the featurers offered by Google Analytics, so while you try to get familiar with it, its better to use both.
