Although i have a website,i like to promote merchants by using ppc service such as adwords.I think itz better to direct visitors directly to advertisers website. For that, whatz da link i should use in the destination URL? Will it work?
YEs you can link directly to the advertiser website (If the advertiser is ok with it). The destination url should be the advertiser url (again, if the advertiser is ok with it).
very true. Adding some information to vlad7's answer: Normally affiliate advertisers declare restrictions for PPC programs in one or more of these ways: - Do not allow direct redirection to its landing page (that would completely void eranda2004al's intentions ) - Do not allow any of his trademark terms on Display URL - Do not allow biding on trademark terms keywords (this is very common in advertises TOS) So before promoting a advertiser using PPC take a look on his TOS to avoid problems and follow his terms as they normally keep monitoring Google to find bad publishers. Example: Publishers like ebay is know to get back $800 in commissions and kick publishers found on Google using ebay.com as display url (violating TOS)
