What happened to Massmirror.com and Shareonall.com

Massmirror.com is completely down, and Shareonall.com says "its site is closed, sorry!"

Both sites are mass file upload sites and are(were) 2 of the biggest of their kind out there. I'm wondering if their is some type of problem/issue with these mass upload sites and the file hosting sites they are uploading too.

Searched around on google but all I could find were some people in JULY talking on forums/blogs complaining of massmirror links being deleted. Since massmirror and shareonall aren't file hosts but rather upload services, files being no longer active/now deleted would of course mean that their premium accounts at rapidshare and all the others sites they upload to were probably deleted/banned.. who knows..

Anyone know the story of whats going on?

I can still open MM's site with no problem.
Actually, the owner of that site was furious because of coderspool's script which is a clone of their site. they EVEN PUT ON THEIR SITE SAYING THAT THEY WILL RELEASE THEIR SCRIPT FOR FREE and LATER THEY REMOVE THE NOTIFICATION.

There is plenty more site like that coming up as more multihost upload site grow. I myself is going to launch my own similar site in a few weeks.
