PR2 Gaming Blog Earning $90/Month

I have this Gaming Blog(Gamelet.net) up for sale. I don't have time to update it, that's why I want to sell it. It is getting round about 500 Visitors per day and Google is the main source of traffic. I had bought it on 5th May, 2008. It was a dropped domain registered in August 2006. That means it is pretty old and you will definitely benefit with that. The domain is registered at Godaddy. The current Pagerank is 2 but I expect it to get atleast PR4 on the next Update. Gamelet has got 17 .edu Backlinks and 2160 Yahoo backlinks in total.
Now about the earnings. Gamelet is earning me $60/month from Adsense and $1/Day from TTZmedia so far. The blog is created in Wordpress. If you need anything else to know about, hit me with a PM or just reply here.

Do you have traffic stats for 3 consecutive months?

 

I bought this Domain in May and it was only in June That I added the Adsense Ads and I have put the TTZMedia quite recently. So, I don't have proof of three consecutive months. I gave you stats of Adsense for the Last month and I can provide the TTZMedia stats of the last two weeks. The site is hosted at ASmallOrange. I can provide the Traffic stats for the last couple of months.

So your saying you want 10 moths revenue after having the revenue for only a month to a month an a half.

This is far far the norm in selling sites.
Most sites looking for 10 months have about 5-6 months consistent rev details to back it up as proof.

How many posts and comments do you have? You can see these stats in the wordpress dashboard.

Also, why the the huge spike in traffic on some days?

 

The blog has 41 uniques posts written by me and the comment count is 93. If you want to keep the traffic this way, you don't need to do any work. If you want to increase the visitors you will ofcourse need to write more. The Spike is due to StumbleUpon. The sale has failed. Dropping the BIN to $500

 

And the theme is unique designed by me........
