what kind of mail are you using? my mail from them was placed into spam using yahoo.. so login to whmcs and you should be able to view your details.

Yea, We had a user abusing the crap out of the server and they have been suspended

In a day or so the server will be upgraded to a 2gig port So speeds will be MUCH better then they are now.

How long does it typically take to setup one of the seedboxs? I just wonder because my web hosting account was setup instantly. But for my seedbox it is now in excess of 4 hours, yes I know "setup in under 6 hours." I'm not complaining here, just curious.

Hosting accounts are automatically set up by WHMCS, Seedboxes how ever are installed by us We usually get your order completed in under six hours but a few times we've been really really busy but it should never be longer then eight.

3. We don't limit peoples cpu usage, How ever if you abuse it we will warn you and if it continues we may suspend your account. But this is pretty hard to do. (Our last client we had to suspend had 200+ torrents running constantly...)

4. I will pm you a test download, How ever in the coming days we are upgrading to a 2gig uplink.

5. We do not offer SLA on our 99.9% uptime, How ever we have not been down longer then an hour. And that was when we set up our public server.
