    i am selling my sites so that i can start on a new project that i have in the pipe line.

    the site has made some money from google adsense but nothing to sing about
    it does see about 15 - 22 Unique visitors per day. the site is about 1 month old, last month the site seen 400+ Unique visitors

    i have the rights to stop the auction @ anytime, also if i think that the price is right i have the right not to sell
