Should I add an Opt-In List

I am starting my first ppc campaign. I will be reviewing top 3 ab products. I was wondering if it would be smart to add in an opt in list? Also I don't know what I could give the people? Any ideas

You don't have to give them anything. You want their emails. Just promise you will give them something but after they submitted, take them to a thank you page and you are done. xD

If I was prommissed something for an email and then did not get anything, I would be pissed off and unsubscribe on the first email.

They can unsubscribed but you already got the email down. :)

Yeah, I havn't tried email marketing, but my impresision is, you need to gain thier trust by giving them useful information in thier emails, so that 1. They actually want to read your emails when you send them, and 2. When you are recomending a purchase, they believe it is being recommended by a trustable, knowledgable source.

If you did not deliver when you first got thier email, there will be no way to develop this respect that will ultimatley result in them parting with cash. Also, if you keep sending emails after they have unsubscribed, your emails will not be read and considered complete spam.

I think the profit will come when your list actually wants to read your emails because they know when they do, they might gain from it. :)

It might well help your quality score and as has been said, you can't email someone after they've unsubscribed.

You can either throw together like 5 ab improvement tips you google in a minute or a MRR ebook, however with the ebook be warned. They may either like it and so not purchase or hate it and be turned off from ebooks. I usually go with a few simple yet good tips. And yes, you should have an opt-in list. Especially if you're aquiring traffic by PPC, more chances for a sale.

Would giving them this over 7 days be good? 1) Crunches are still the most effective exercise to build up abdominal muscles. However, most people do them completely incorrectly. In order to give your abs the maximum resistance, lift your chest straight up to the ceiling. Do not roll your shoulders, and don't cup your elbows around your head. Doing so takes the work off of your abs and completely defeats the purpose. Focus on putting the strain on your stomach, and squeeze it as you lift.

    2) Focus on quality, not quantity. Some guys will brag about the fact that they can do seventy sit ups in a minute. However, speed crunches will do little to build up abs unless they are done correctly. Keep hands over the chest and avoid tucking your head into your chest.

    3) Use weights. This is more true for guys than it is for women. Think about this: if you were to bench press 100 lbs over and over again without ever adding weight, would your chest bulk up? Of course not. Why should abs be any different? To get that perfect six pack, you've got to progressively add resistance. The easiest way to do this is to hold a weight over your head while performing your crunches. You'll be more sore than you've been in a long time, and instead of just building endurance, you'll build strength and bulk abdominal muscle, which is what you need for your six pack to show.

    4) Don't neglect cardio. You can't lose fat in just one part of your body. Therefore, when people ask, "How do I lose belly fat?" the answer is to simply lose total body fat. The best way to do this is to up the cardio in your workouts and change your diet accordingly.

    5) Low carb diets have positive results for your abs. High protein, low carb diets can help you to lose that extra layer of fat around the midsection, which is the biggest problem to overcome when attempting to build a six pack. Low carb diets are difficult to live by, but they help to cut down body fat relatively quickly. If you need an extra "push" to get your abs to start appearing, then cutting the carbs temporarily can often do the trick.

    6) Switch up your workouts. The infomercials would love for you to believe that you can do the same exercise over and over again and get the perfect set of abs. Chances are that they have super muscular models using the equipment to validate this idea. However, in order to sculpt your stomach, you've got to switch up the exercises. Create a schedule that changes up the exercises three times a week. You can't target each section of your abs in every workout, so focus on lower abs one day and upper abs the next.

    7) Hold your reps for as long as you can. To use the previous example, many brag about the number of sit ups that can be done in a minute. However, a better exercise would be to lift and hold the position that puts the greatest strain on your abs. This brings an entirely different dynamic to your workouts, and it makes it much more difficult. Quality is better than quantity, and you can give your abs a much better all around workout if you hold your reps instead of rushing through them.

Where should I add links back to my website in the emails? Should I direct them back to my review landing page of ab programs? or sent them links to a specific ab program? Example (Truth about abs)

That is pretty good, but you can't send them only 3 lines each day. A better idea might be something like send them a helpful article or a helpful explanation list about every 3 days (that way you remind them to buy over a period of time).

So for example, you might send them a simple list of 10 tips to workout better, then maybe an article about how important quality and technique is, then about using weights (with how heavy they should be, why use them etc.). It seems like a lot of writing at first, but it's worth it. If it's too much writing do it over time, so like 1 a week, then when new people sign up once you have everything written, your autoresponder can send a new one to them once every 3 days.

Unlike when writing articles, try to make all the paragraphs really short so that the reader can skim over them quickly (i know this is what i do when i get emails).

Also include specific products. Unless you are changing your website constantly, they've already seen your website. The point of an email is to communicate with them about this new product. If you've just updated your site to include a new great and informative post, then by all means include it your email.

    Hope this helps a bit

At first, you should sign up for this dude course. You will find some useful tips that are related to fitness. http://www.truthaboutabs.com/Affiliate-Info.html

Second, this is one article he wrote and he gave his affiliate the right to give it away for free. So send your list one tip every day.

Having an opt-in form on your landing page will actually hurt your quality score.

As far as what you could give them, give them a 10-page teaser that gives out enough good information to where they want to buy your ebook.

If you are wanting to build up an email list to market general fitness products, then give out tips and tricks to gaining muscle, eating healthy, burning fat, etc. If you don't know anything about that, well don't bother with an email list.

I No about fitness! Just because I dont know what to give an opt-in list doesnt mean I dont no anything about health and fitness. And why would an opt in list hurt my campaign?
