    which pay the most?

    Text ads get more clicks AND pay me more, by a huge margin. I'm not surprised to get $0.01 to $0.05 per click on an image ad.

    well i have just put both up on my website, im going to run them for 10 days and see which one produced the most income, picture ads do seem more like advertisments, while text does seem to be "a part" of the website, just an extension. well im just curious.

    I am not agree with you all

    text ads is the best for getting clicks but when choosing text and image both you get a lot of advertisers in competition so a click will be high earning.

    and google team advice publishers to choose text and images ads both

    Do you know if this is per ad spot? I know Adsense has the option to display text and image ads. What i did was create a text ad slot, then an image ad slot. There are not the same Adsense code.

    I think most people see Banners/image ads as more of an advertisement then a text ad. Text ads provide more information where a banner is usually limited to a couple of words.

    Well, in my opinion, I think that text ads are only clicked on if the text unit is correctly integrated with the color theme of your site. They would not notice it is an ad and click it.

    As for graphic ads, if the advertisement looks appealing, the users will click it.
