I've had no complaints of any sites with adsense on them being banned.
I can't guarantee anything with adsense since I don't use it but no one in the system has been banned.
Traffic is very useful as all members have ways to buy things with if your product is appealing.

But i doubt that sudden raise in traffic will raise flags for those sites which are using adsense

 

As I mentioned supercops we've had no reports from any of our advertisers having any issues.
We don't use adsense ourselves.

 

I have tried using traffic exchange programs before and adsense sent me a warning, saying that my traffic was coming from an adsense unsupported zone. etc... etc..

They would have closed my account if I didn't stop that source of traffic.

But it's upto you! Maybe adsense just didn't like that paticular exchange, and maybe all the overs are fine MAYBE.
