Accidental Click

When I was trying to copy a URL from my site with AdSense to put into the competitive ad filter, I accidentally clicked on it but managed to hit 'Back' before my browser even went to the site. Am I safe?

You should be ok, just let google know to be safe...they will try to find a way to close a small publisher account...

no one will bother for one click, everyone does mistakes so did you...one click is just fine

Its normally Okay if you do it once accidentally.. Google will ban you if you do if more.. Still to throw away your fear you may email google

I do have exactly the same experience with you while I was redesigning my site. What I just have to do is sending Google team an email to inform them that I've made an invalid click by accident. It's just fine and I still have my adsense account working. Don't worry, They know it can happen to everyone. Searchia's suggestion is the best solution so far..

You'll most likely be okay.

I once did the same thing, and email Google. They emailed me back saying I don't have to contact them when I accidentally click an ad, they will know.
