Newsnight editor Peter Barron to join Google in communications role
My how times change. In this story we've got a scion of the old media from an established institute like the BBC joining the vanguard of the new school, Google. Who would have Adam and Eve'd it (believed it) a few years ago. It's timely that he's decided to leave just when the BBC were trying to get their act together in the internet age.
