WTS: No-maintanence Fashion-related Site earning over $1.10 a day with adsense

I have a Fashion related website that has been earning $1.10 a day (on average for the last 30 days) with google adsense. Most recently, it's been even higher than that, often over $2 a day. About 3 weeks ago, the site reached #3 on Yahoo UK, which has been the driver for the majority of the traffic and subsequent rise in earnings. Traffic has been steadily increasing, so traffic information will be provided via PM if requested.

I'm looking for offers for both the domain and the site content (a few HTML files). (i.e. site and domain sold together).

The site requires zero maintainence to run.

    Other Info
Domain: GoDaddy, regged from 7 April 2007 to 7 April 2009
    Page Rank: PR2
    Backlinks: ~4000
    Site Age: Roughly 6 months
    Domain Age: 15 months

    Earnings Summary
$0.59 on average for last 60 days
$1.10 on average for last 30 days
$1.74 a day for the last 7 days

    30 days revenue
    last 7 days revenue

I'm looking for offers in the 24x to 36x monthly income range of the 30 day earnings, which is the most accurate representation of the earnings with the recent rise in rankings.

    Based on $1.10 a day for 30 days = 30 x $1.10 x 36 = $792
    Based on $1.10 a day for 30 days = 30 x $1.10 x 36 = $1188

I have sitewide links from 2 of my PR0 directories that link to the site. I will keep these sitewide link up for 6 months for free for the buyer.

Please contact me via PM if interested. I'll send you the URL and a link to a PDF of detailed stats (from Google Analytics).

I'll start it off as an auction, running for 4 days. Private offers via PM are welcome.

    Starting Price: $500
    Increments: $50
End date: 17:00 BST (UK Summer Time) Sunday 27th July

Payment Accepted: Paypal, UK Bank Transfer (preferred)

I'm interested, but a few things.

You shouldn't take the last 30 days as "monthly value", 3-6 monthly average is what is used.

So estimated daily income is $0.845 x 30 = $25. I don't see myself paying 24-36 mths income for this.

If you want me to bid, please show proof that the $600 offer exists, because I don't see why somebody would pay so much for a 1 page website?

    Hi,

Taking a 3-6 month average in this case with the recent spike in earnings and traffic grossly mis-represents the value of the site, which is why I haven't done so. The 30 day average is the most accurate of measurements with the recent growth.

Standard valuation for a zero maintenance website is 24x to 36x monthly income.

sahilcoolsmart made the bid of $600. I do appreciate your feedback, but due to your iTrader of 0, I would insist on a UK bank transfer or Escrow if you made the highest bid. I've worked with sahilcoolsmart before.

I have provided lots of information on earnings and stats, so potential buyers can make up their own mind. If the asking price is too much, then this site is not for you.

    Regards,
    Dan

That's not true. A monthly value may be influenced by sudden changes that may or may not last.

Example: You made $10 one day, you can't start saying - the site makes $10 every day! It's just not true.

No-upkeep sites are ones that have consistent revenue for long periods of time, not 1 month. I don't see how it's worth 24-36 months of the new "monthly" value. That's definitely not the standard.

I guess it isn't for me.

I completely agree, and I never said that.

The site is not listed for sale at $5 a day, despite earning that a few times lately. However, the point I'm trying to make is that the jump in earnings is affecting the monthly average every day. And I'm trying to factor that in fairly to reflect the site's true value. Yesterday, the earnings were $4.56. See how the 30, 60 and 90 day averages have been affected:

    22nd May to 22nd Jul
    30 days: $1.10
    60 days: $0.59
    90 days: $0.48

    23rd May to 23rd Jul
    30 days: $1.24
    60 days: $0.66
    90 days: $0.53

I'm not hiding anything. All the information is available to make your own calculations.

The offer made apparently is a typo, so the actual top offer is $500.

I've also had an offer of $425 and now of $300.

    Thanks

I find it hard to believe that you have like a 40-50% CTR?

    That's because I don't. It's between 8% and 52%. Varies wildly each day.
