Looking for Moderator/Super Moderator $$ :: Serious Offer/ Hiring

Hi All,

I am looking for 4 moderator and 4 super moderators for our webmaster forum. Topics include SEO, Development, marketplaces etc.

Qualifications we look for:

1. In depth knowledge in the chosen field. Be proactive in finding solution to a question that member of the forum has put up. Are able to write articles/ tutorials about different topics in chosen field.
   
2. Enforce rules, without being harsh, basically nurture the forum. Keep the forum clean.
   
3. Active, spend quite some time daily in the forum. Also able to promote the forum and get new members.
   
4. Be able to suggest honest opinion on different management issues, growth strategies of the forum.
   
5. Must have some forum experience. For Super Moderators, we are definitely looking for people with good experience.
   
6. Be helpful in forming different forum rules.
   
7. Must have good understanding of English language. We do not want you to be an expert in English, but must be able to read/write it cleanly.
   

Remuneration:

1. This month NIL, starting august, 2008 we will start paying. First payment is on 31st August.
   
2. • For the month of August, September, October total 250 USD per month. So for next 3 months each moderator or super moderator can expect to get 30 USD gross per month till October .
   • Then it will rise to 500 USD per month for the month of November, December and January 2009. So each moderator or super moderator can expect to get around 60 USD per month .
   • These are fixed until next financial year, then first review of these figure will take place and expected to rise substantially . We are expecting to hire few of those moderators and super moderators in permanent positions by April, 2009.
3. A monthly bonus of 100 USD will be available to any moderator or super moderator on excellent contribution. This bonus will be 100 USD for August, September and October. After that it will rise to 150 USD for the month of November, December, and January 2009. We will reward any hard work done or contribution made. If any month we feel that no exceptional contributor is there, we will distribute the bonus money among all moderators equally.
   
4. Our company working on few products, we will be needing people to work on them to earn extra money for themselves. These people will be drawn from moderators and super moderators. They are expected to be ready around February, 2009. These products are in niche, so we will train our moderators and super moderators to work on them. We will only divulge about those products when they are ready. So please don't ask any question about them.
   
5. We know for some people this remuneration will be peanuts, but that’s what we can offer you now. In such case please don't apply if you are not comfortable.
   
6. Don't expect us to pay for nothing, a few post here and there does not make one a moderator . If you are one of them expect us to show you the door.

For the next 3 months each moderator and super moderator will be evaluated each month. After that every quarterly we will evaluate performance.


Forum History
We bought this forum here in DP and started building it with an objective of making it worth place to visit for every webmaster in days to come, rich in resources for them. There are few quality posts but looks like everyone is sleeping for last 6 months. We guess earlier forum owner hired few forum posters that time.

How do you get started? Read this. Most important
Post here about your expertise, experience. Then signup at our forum and start posting. From 23rd to 31st July, you have time to convince us about your worth. On 1st of August, we will appoint first 4 moderators and 4 super moderators based on your posts at our forum, your experience, and expertise.


What about others who does not get a chance on 1st August?
You can get chance next month after first review of performance of first set of moderators and super moderators. Also we are making our forum revenue sharing, so you will earn to post, participate. All you need is your adsense account details. For the first 3 months, moderators will be under strict observations. So you might not know when chances come up.

Not a problem please also note, that I also have very good experience with Vbulletin used it before, So I know where all features are, Also I'm have the ability to install new mods if needed to. I know a little of everything. Also I've already registered at your forum with the name Dangys

 

Ok...guys have had 2 placements filled temporarily...both super mods positions....they will be confirmed on 1st of August....

I'm glad I'm a temp. Mod till 1st of August and I'll tell you where my expertise areas.

Well, I'm very experienced at vBulletin and like Dangys I know all the features and can install mods or even whole vB or upgrades and other stuff.

In the areas of the forum I know about most of them except programming ones. Anyway, I'll fight for an S Mod position till 1st of August.

Your forum was the first forum i joined. My user name out there is 'jlo6687' . i was active in your forum till 2-3 months back.but after that for some reason everyone out there become inactive.So i too stopped checking it daily. it is only recently i noticed some activities out there .And with this thread i am sure that its activities will increase in near future. so i have decided to be more active in WH . Ii am looking forward to see who all make it to mod and super mod .
Any way I am not applying for the same. Almost forgot to tell you new logo is very good, I really liked it.

I am trying to get the forum running as successful as possible. Lets see what happens.

BTW forgot to mention we are getting few SEO tools to be running by mid of august. These tools will help you run your SEO efforts much better.
