$7 Banner Advertisment Contest - MoneyBookers Payout

I have 7 bucks sitting in my money bookers account which I will probably never use but I do need a banner made up for a website I am building

the domain is ArcadeShowcase.net

will be a topsites contest site and this will be used for default banners for those who do not submit a banner as well as for advertisement.

If I really like it I will throw in some extra cash from PayPal.
