couple of months old web design website - cheap bid

I am selling my site which i built a few months ago, bought domain in december 07 so still has about a year and a few months to go.
It hasnt had any traffic, as i build it and then was just left on the side and nothing was done about it.

It is a flash built website, which also includes a custom coded php based contact form added on to it.
