PPC ads for warez?

I own a warez forum that originally had adbrite on it, but recently they sent me an email saying that after a review my site does not follow their policy. Can anyone please let me know any ad network that has decent pay with PPC and CPM?

 

Bux works for me yet i have not been paid yet! I have over $50 with them.

i never heard of bux, i just applied for cpx since i see it on many warez sites... but i hear they have lousy pay... i can't believe adbrite canceled my ads!

 

i use cpx in my warez..they always pay on time mate dont worry..their panel though sucks

 

Check my first link in signature. They allow warez and some warez webmasters report some success with them.

i use cpx, but recently am getting 4 cents for 1000 impressions. so am trying now widget buxs

Crappy publisher Xperiences, Mediashakers, Adtegrity, Paypopup.. Any of the bottom feeder networks would take it.

I am now looking for only popunder ads... but most of the ones I tried have popups as well!! very annoying
