Well Established Political Blog (PR 5) For Sale

    Hi all,

    I've got money and time issues so I am going to have to sell my favorite blog.

    The blog is a Nevada based political pundit blog. It is self run and has 10 or so authors who log in weekly and post stuff for you. The blog is read by Nevada Senators, Assemblymen, journalist and many others who are politically active. It was linked to by the Reno Gazette-Journal, but they decided to no longer link to blogs because they couldnt control the message that way. Since then traffic has dropped a bit. Currently the blog see's about 200 unique visits per day. The blog is not SEO'd so if you spent some time there you can probably start ranking well for several candidate and political keywords rather quickly.

    The blog is a PR 5 and has several hundred pages indexed. It also has a new forum but I haven't spent much time on it so most readers don't even know it is there.

    With the right person owning this, you could do some serious damage.

    Income: Next to none. I sold an ad for $300.00 to a candidate for State Treasurer, but that was about all I had time to sell. It has Google Adsense plug in but I never did put any ads there. Again, just didn't have time.

    The blog is hosted at www.siteground.com and hosting is paid through October.

    The blog is running on Wordpress

    I'm looking for somewhere in the $400 to $500 range or highest bidder.

    OK I got an offer of $200.00. I realize that with no income I may not be able to sell it for what I want, but I've put a ton of time into it and I would rather just keep it because it is somewhat on autopilot at the moment. I just want the blog to be used to its fullest potential and right now I don't have the ability to do so.

    If you aren't willing to pay at least $400 then you may not want to PM me.

    P.S. I will personally continue to post even after a sale. We use this blog to get our message out on a lot of levels.
