    The site low maintenance and require less work.

    Yes.No warez are stored in server.Streams from MegaUpload to server and from server to User simultaneously without storing warez on server.

    Megaupload has changed their script a total of 3 times since the site was released, I wouldn't worry about that part...

    can you please pm me with all possible traffic info. where is traffic coming from, how to promote this site, where...im interested to buy it.

    also im interested about that premium accounts...is it possible to buy few of them and add those to rotation (when one is overused then next one would be used instead)?

    One premium account is enough since Megaupload don't have any limit on downloading.
