PR4 - Custom Coded UNIQUE image effects site (MUST SEE!)

Ok if you're tired of all the crap worthless sites being sold here lately I present to you a breath of fresh air.

The site speaks for itself so I'll just list the best features and key points of interest of the site and let you decide for yourself. I will try to be as detailed as I can but please feel free to post your questions!

Most images are hosted on Imageshack!! - A little known fact is that imageshack provides an API for developers to write scripts to post images directly to imageshack servers. All you have to do is give imageshack credit on your site (see "Files are hosted by ImageShack" notice on all the upload pages). This script converts the images --> ads the effects --> then uploads them to imageshack --> then provides the user with cut/paste code for their page.

(NOTE: You'll notice I said MOST of the images are hosted on imageshack. That's because sometimes the upload to imageshack fails. When it does the script gives the user the code to the image hosted locally on your server that never made it to imageshack. I have a maintenance script I run periodically to clean out the images that were successfully posted to imageshack. You can easily create a cron job and fully automate the process.)

Site is a PR3. - You can increase the revenue the site is already making by selling links as well.

Site is already established and used on multiple sites. - This is an established service (see domain age). Click here and look at this person's friends. It shows how people use the picjazz images as profile images (free advertising). Also used on blogspot blogs, vampirefreaks, and most other social networks. #3 in Yahoo for myspace image effects. #4 in MSN and #27 in Google.

Site comes with its own url'ed Myspace account (1170 friends)

Site is a low traffic site (average over 160 uniques per day lowest day being 139) and STILL made made a total of $82.06 in June using a combination of 2 CPM networks with adsense as the default.

I am only interested in selling this site in the $1500 or more range. If you do not have the ability to send funds via paypal after sale please do not waste my time and yours.

By chaining CPM networks with adsense as the default.

I'm a master at making decent money off low traffic sites. You just have to find the right site. Think about it, with a site like this unique visitors, low or not, will upload at least one image. That's 3 page views per image they upload. So my bounce rate is good (partly because the site is attractive and well laid out).

In other words, make a good looking site that's cool and easy to use and you'll get high page views per visitor which = more $$ than these people out here creating MFA sites expecting to get rich.
