Windows Vista Crashed...No Blue Screen of Death, Now Black Screen

    Windows Vista crashed recently on my desktop PC, and instead of the notorious blue screen of death, it's now a black screen.

    It's a common error I believe and I blogged about it, in case anyone here is having any trouble booting with Windows Vista and instead receive an error / need to insert the Windows Vista installation CD (which I'm sure nobody has)..

    Isn't this to do with the grapthics card?

    No, it's an error with loading the boot file.
