Price threshhold for webhosting forums?

    I got an infraction because I have posted my web hosting offers in the services>webhosting offers forum.

    The infraction said wrong forum moving to freebies. This is the third one in 9 months for the same thing but this time is said because of price.

    I read the read me before posting in BST but it says nothing about pricing. Am I missing something?

    Deals over $5 go in the B/S/T, and all deals under $5, go in the Freebies areas.

    Hosting offers with mixed packages both five and under and above five go in freebies. Those offering hosting need to split their offers into two separate categories. Those five and under which should be placed in freebies, and those above five which belong in hosting area.
