I have having weird issues with my account. It is jumping around all over the place. For example:

    3 in the morning - $156
7 that same morning, it showed $87
    Lunch - $112
    Afternoon - $244
    Night - $125

That was just an example, but wtf is going on? I know its not international clicks because a rep. told me that they dont even allow international IP addresses in their click system. So, wtf is happening??

Are you sure Yahoo filtered int. clicks? That means, publisher doesn't have to geoip targeting by his/her-self anymore?

It doesn't mean that we should not geo-target showing of ads..you should still stick to geotarget and if by chance that your geotarget doesn't work and if the ads are shown to an international visitor and he clicks a ad...then that ad will not be counted as valid click..I am not sure when they filter out these international clicks..if they do it immediatly then it should be ok..if not ...it will lead to confusion...like this...I am not sure about this...
