I had hosting with him(mayur, or is that an alias, I've seen a few names of him here and there) for 2 months MARCH-APRIL , I paid month by month, $9.99/mo . After hearing bad reviews of him that he doesn't offer any support etc.. I will have to say thats 100% correct. At 1st he seemed really friendly, this is obviously needed to gain clients up front. When asking about tech issues, he will tell you via Instant message that its "your server" and "your responsibility" to run and manage it. If you complain about this he starts to intimidate you a little bit and get cocky, saying things like "WHAAAAAA" or posting animated smiley faces making you even more frustrated if your having problems with your server. Not very cool or friendly, but again for $9.99/mo, you can't really ask for managed hostings. I don't really have much need for support from hosts in the past, so this was not a major setback for me as it was to others. Most VPS's don't offer free support and make you pay extra for it anyway.

The main problem I had with his server is that it would go offline 1-3 times per week and would not come back online unless I manually rebooted via hyperVM. I told him about this countless times. Mentioning how I can understand downtime for servers, but the fact that the downtime was around an hour, however it wasn't until 9 hours later that I would realize the server was down. So my VPS never rebooted. He told me that all VPS's come back online automatically when the main server does. I told him mine didn't and he told me "YES IT DID" and was basically just lying.

This guy is shady as hell. The main horror stories I heard about this guy was that he would rent out servers for cheap long term deals, load them up with clients, make a lot of money, then not pay for his server after a month or 2 screwing over his hosting company. The server would go offline, and in return also taking his clients offline with him. He is pulling the cut & run scam here, ripping people off who paid up front for 6 months or a year etc...

This horror story is a complete FACT as I experienced it myself and he acted like he could care less about it. ON April 30th after my 2nd month was up(go figure) my server went down. I figured it was just another downtime session like the dozen or so I experienced previously. After a lengthy period of downtime(5+ hours), I PM'd Mayur on MSN and told him that my server was down. He replied instantly and stated "I KNOW". I then asked when it might be up and running and if he was doing maintanence. He told me some bullshit story that Datacenter shut his server down because of his clients putting up paypal phishing sites. I was about done with this guy anyway. It was my last day of the month and I hadn't paid for any more hosting, just 2 months @ $9.99/mo. I consider myself lucky as I'm not one to pay more than 1 month at a time on reseller hosting.

This was a rather sorry experience for me. I talked to Mayur over MSN many many many times(probably over 50) and we had various conversations un-related to hosting and more about running websites. Its a shame because its obvious that Mayur runs a very amateur & unprofessional hosting biz. He might be a good guy, and even a good friend in the physical world, but he could fucking careless about your server in the virtual world.

Sorry Mayur, but your hosting service is a joke.

I never told you it was managed vps. YES, You can't get managed service for $9 a month, you get what you pay for , either go to the one where you can get that or don't blame someone later & the best thing is that Do not get what you don't know how to manage.

 

Monthly plans are also available on our site since start, its more than 10 months we are in hosting now among all negative press. If we are scam we would not last so long... If anybody have paid us & we have scammed you please write here so everybody can know.

Thank you i am up and running I have no complaints now. Glad that this was fixed and taking care of. I cant say he is a scammer cuz i am up and running. Some people just spew at the mouth thinking there is a scam. I havnt been scammed.

 

i was work with this Company for more than 4 months, and there was very efficent and quickly to answer all my questions and required.

at the lowest price they give you the best plans!!

so i trust on this company and, i want to work a lote of time with them

so dont say lies about them, and get a acount from there, cheap acounts.

 

I Hosted with Mayur for about 4-5 months and this is what i have to say...

Wow alot of you say he scams you but i hosted with him and contacted him through yahoo. Every error i got i contacted him and it was fixed within hours.
He was a great host to me. His support was Great.

People need to remember the host helps with server errors and server support he doesn't have to help with other support that requires large amount of his time because he has other customers also.
Another thing, if your using paid services you should know how to run a server (site). If you dont you should turn to someone that is willing to help you learn html and other types. Its not the hosts responsibility.

that msg showed up on my websites suspended page..i think they did this on purpose just to have us write reviews if so thats very immature. other then this issue i dont and never had problems with this company except the cpanel...every ones cpanel shows up as hostingforu.net somethng like that..instead of urdoman.com:280 or herdomain:280something...its all under the same 1.theres..so when some ones messes up it locks us all

 

They aren't scammers I've been with hostingspace4u.net since January and havn't had any problems, they are usually on msn which is where I go if I need help with something

That's me been with them for nearly 7 months so it's not cut and run as someone said I think, 7 months and I'm still here on same host, how is that "scammer"?

They are great, I have several websites with them, and no problems so far. Why accuse them as scammers? They are 100% legit, now my sites www.dillonp23.net and www.myforumz.org are down (as well as my mates who I recommended the company too).

Please quit claiming they scam and let us get out sites back!

EDIT: okay i understand whats going on now... well i purchased this reseller several months ago and since then i have had NO issues what so ever. I was hosting several sites, most of them mine. including a very big design site Eagle-Designz.com where i design themes for a CMS called Nuke-Evolution. So if you can please get the sites back up so i can get back to my customers that would be great because im losing alot of business (money) in this time lost...
