    I've sold most of my sites to peons. They seem to bid a lot. I think it's because they may be new to webmastering, so they're more inclined to buy a site already setup, rather than create something from scratch. Admittedly I was worried each time, but I never got burnt (I used escrow.com most of the time to be safe)
