    Can you please let me know if:

    Jobs be added by additional companies on to the site? Is there an "add a job" option?

    And,

    Is there a search for the jobs by category? It is a bit impractical to go through all the jobs in order to come across the one that you want.

    Jobs cannot be added by additional companies.
    You can add the additional companies through the Admin panel.
    these are RSS feeds.

    You can use the search to search for jobs. Sort of like tags. Type in a keyword, and find related jobs.

    For photoshop jobs, type 'photoshop'

    etc...
