About those spiders...

    Anyone here amongst you know when do google spiders come to your site or how often per month?

    I'm really curious about this one...:)

    Depends on how many backlinks, etc etc.
    Think like this, If you have alot of links pointing to your site/deeper in your site. The spiders follow links, right?
    That means they will find your site faster, and index it faster/visit it more often.(if you have a lot of backlinks)
    That means it's diffrent for everyone/every site.

    I guess the real problem is getting backlinks. How useful is the "Add URL" feature on google?

    The Add URL feature has pretty much been moved to the back burner in lieu of the Google sitemap format which lists all of your URLs and submits tham all at once.

    Google would still like to see backlinks to your site to know that other sites are willing to 'vote' for you and that they think enough of your site that they will add your link.
