I hold the .NET and .ORG of an MNC company with offices across 11 countries.

Can this company raise a legal issue  and speak up with godaddy and get this name back from me ?????

It depends on their trademark and copyrights but I guess for an MNC the answer is most likely yes. They will just need to send you a friendly email to get back the domain names.

I won't dare to answer that, it might be their way of testing if you are holding the domains with malicious intentions or they may be really keen to buy from you.

You registered those domain names bearing that MNC name for some reason.
And now you're seemingly angry at the thought of their taking them away?

While one can register any domain name they wish (except maybe those that
the registrar won't allow), the ability to use them is rather limited due to any
applicable laws and your registrar's agreement. Namely, you can't use any of
those domain names to commercially exploit a party's trademark for your own
    benefit without their consent.

Now that they emailed you about it, I agree with wisdomtool they might test
your response. You can ask to be reimbursed the registration fees (which isn't
always worth it and they're not obligated to honor), but any higher and they
    can use it against you.

Up to you to decide. You made that choice, you deal with the results.
