PayPal Limited - Underage HELP!!

Hi, I have to upload a 'utility bill' to make PayPal account.

I am under age and therefore don't have such things, anything I can do????? (I am a teenager)

Please please please reply!

Not much you can do - should have created the account under your parents details.

grab your parents bill and get creative with photoshop

 

Dont mind that, lol, I'm pretty good at Photoshop!! I have Proof of address also so that's okay..

Well, like everyone said, put your photoshop into action. Anyway, you can also tell them that you are living with your parents and you share their address.


Thats what i did actually, and it came ok.. i was honest about it..

Anyway, you can read about my paypal limitation case study here, and see it it helps.. They will ask you futher verification details after that though.. But at the end of the daym all should be good.

I just found a 'Vodafone Mobile Bill'. The number there is mine, but is registered under my mom's name, anything I can do?

Also my (my moms) proof of address is there....

Photoshop your mom's first name, it is not that hard, lots of tutorials out there.

But, the vodafone bill has some VERY weird colours, and therefore hard to photoshop it.

You can't. Listen to what others say. You've tricked them once and you might have to pay for that unless you trick them again. Things like "hey I live with mom and dad" do not have power to indulge the law here.

Yeah, i got the same problem..and my mom wont put her bank/cc info on paypal.
But for me to open a bank account i need a id, than, open bank account..
I was thinking about photo shopping it, would they double check/call the water service department where i live..

 

i got 102$ in mines and i want to buy something.. *sighs* stupid paypal..

Best thing is to stick stick to TOS before choosing to use a service.
If you don't qualify for it then move on. Learn to do do business the right way, my honest suggestion. There's always a reason why a company decides to enforce a minimum age for customers to participate, don't you think?

 

Just upload a utility bill under your mums name. I'm guessing your a male and PayPal might think that the female name of your bill is your wife or something lol.

Give it a try.

 

I am uploading mobile bill. It is under mom's name but my number.

 

PayPal asked you for residence proof... not your age proof.. you should just imply upload them (if you have any).
