    I'd be surprised if he gets a lot for it. The auction is not at any traditional auction site but is being held at the Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky, Amsterdam and you have to contact their agent to participate. Maybe that's the plan - sell it to someone who doesn't have a clue about IDN domains.

    Anyways, doubt it will sell for 1m. I doubt it will sell for 500k pounds.

    Its not true that its only one of two domains with a single symbol, not even close! There are plenty of IDNs out there, like the first one in my sig...

    Yeah, I have one too. And to my surprise, Google even indexes it.

    It works in web browsers, but not in any email clients that I'm aware of.
