    Selling this directory (cutting down on my directories to my main ones that I work on daily).
    Over 600 submitted links (all approved by me, manually...none added just to pump up the count).

    Only 4 featured ads, paid...they have to stay so buyer must keep these on the site for the next year.

    No other revenue...never really promoted this directory to get sponsors, etc. Did not put adsense on the site, but new owner can do so to better monetize the site.
    No pr...very few inbound links (msn shows 103, alltheweb shows 285.
    Traffic very slow since I do not promote this site.

    Buyer gets cpanel access for one week to transfer everything.
    Or keep the site hosted by me for a low yearly fee.

    Bidding starts at $25.00

    Had to run off to the dentist for a minor emergency (by the time we got there, the swelling was down, the pain was gone).
    But he took care of me, plus since I was there and the wife was there, got the ivories cleaned (don't you just love the deep cleaning?).
    So now I am back feeling well and hearty!
    Except of course the coming bill for the services!
