YPN on Video Games Sites

I run a couple of Xbox 360 and PS3 sites, and Google Ads does OK, but not great - usually just enough to keep me from going down the CPM route.

My question is how does YPN do on video games sites? I have never seen YPN on a VG site so was curious.

    Thanks.

I run YPN on all of my gaming sites, and it works amazingly.

Google pays what... $0.05 - $0.15/click for gaming ads?

On YPN you will make anywhere from 50c - $3.00 per click. And if your $/click goes down on YPN, you can just change the ad category to something that pays a little more (as long as it's related to your site) :)

I have also heard from others with gamer sites that YPN generally monetizes better than AdSense at the moment. Of course, that could change as more publishers get on YPN.

How would you know when you are in Canada and YPN is only for US citizens?

Just curious, what category pays $3/click, lol.

One of my business partners lives in the States, so I we have a company registered under his name and I was then able to get a business bank account with him because he's an American.

As for the $3 clicks, I use 4 different channels and it's happened on all of them quite a few times. Just test out what works best on your site. Two of the good ones that I use are telecom and Business Electronics or something like that. They pay fairly well.

Sometimes I will look at my channel stats and I will see 2 clicks and $6, and the highest was like 3 clicks - $15. You won't find a category that pays $3/click, every click. (well, not without a lot of research)

Payouts are really good... Yahoo is awesome :)
