Registrar is Ename.cn but they have english site too..you can make account in chiness (if you know china) or make account in Ename.com which is english..
i can push you the domain but you will just see Number of your domains in ENGLISH site,and you cant manage or push domain with english,just in ename.cn its possible to manage it ...so if i push you the domain you will see alert and other things and even can accept the domain but you cant manage from english site................
