How to open your Adsense ads in a new window (solution inside!)

Hi,

I would like to tell you how it is possible to open all your Adsense-ads displayed on your website in a new window (target="_blank") in a legal way.

Here we go:
1.) Apply for the Google Ad Manager Beta.
2.) Wait until Google accepts you (might take a few days or weeks). You will be notified by email.
3.) Create a new Ad-Slot for every Adsense-ad-format in Google Ad Manager.
4.) Enable the option "Allow AdSense ads to compete for remnant inventory" for every Ad-Slot.
5.) Insert the new Javascript Ad-Codes of these Ad-Slots in your website.
6.) That's it
Now you can see that there will be a new arrow in your adsense-ads in one of the corners (see attached image for example). This arrow is a symbol for "these ads open in a new window" (you already might have seen these arrows on some premium publisher's adsense-ads).

 

I have applied for google ad manager but I haven't been accepted so far.

 

I had to wait 2 months until I got approved... I guess it took so long because I am not a US-publisher.

 

I think there would be clear increase in income if adsense ads opens in new window. I wish to have this option. More can anyone here suggest me how to edit adbrite codes so ads open in new window.
