I ussually make at least 150 dollars = 6-7 sales every 3 days. The past 3 days I have had the same traffic, actually a little boost and 0 sales. Is it because of clickbanks system screwed up due to some maitiness or I just got unlucky?
I'm getting slow sales lately both as an affiliate and as a publisher... I don't know. Maybe we're both unlucky.
yeah mate.. same here i actually started a thread about this same topic yesterday... and slowly more and more affiliates are also commenting the same thing... my biggest problem is with my PPC campaign... i've lost money with it for 2 days now... what do I do? stop it or promote products off another network?
It may be the time of the year, the time of the month, the day the week, the recession mood, or ClickBank issues. Want to stop the speculations? Go to work on ClickBank. I'm also suffering, but complaining here won't work (I know from experience). Sorry if I sound aggressive, but four months ago we had exactly the same threads, and guess what, everything went back to normal on March. Work on getting more traffic, so when the issue resolves, you'll have a sales boom. nadavs
Wow - that is curious. The last two weeks have been terrible for me as well. I sure hope things return to 'normal'. I'm going to just keep working on traffic and hope for the BOOM in sales.
Have you all guys written to CB Management regarding the error? It would be best if you could clarify from them whether the system is running well.
They don't appear to ever admit to problems... I had some very strange activity yesterday - I had 4 sales as an affiliate but both times this happened: "John" "Something" From Florida, USA bought it via PayPal and then 6 minutes later... "John" "Something Else" From Florida, USA bought it via Visa/MasterCard. That happened twice yesterday. WTF? It looks as if the same person bought the thing twice but used a different last name the second time with a different payment method. I mean once is strange enough but for it to happen twice in one night (two different people/two different products) makes me think it's something up with Clickbank - particularly as overall conversions have been crap lately both as an affiliate & a publisher (last few days.) I was hoping it was just bad luck - but now I think there may be an issue again. I agree in a way that it doesn't do any good to complain about it - but it's still damn frustrating. Particularly for those who use PPC (I don't do much PPC myself, mostly SEO)
i m facing a similar issue simce the last week or no ...sales are at a low, either people have stopped purchasing due to the recession or clickbank's checkout issues keep occuring
It's Clickbank, don't kid your self. This always happens with Clickbank updates. Most of the time it clears up and is back to normal a week or so later.
as mentioned.. this is really frustating when you rely heavily on ppc as myself... i have to stop all together promoting CB products until it gets sorted
Heads up everybody... Everyone is suffering from poor sales nowadays. Look at the economy, what did you see? People would rather save money than spending them at the moment.
you're pretty luck mate.. or maybe really good at promoting CB products.. as you can tell their are plenty of affiliates experiencing the same drop ever since CB did their update
Been pretty slow past few days for sure. All swings and roundabouts I guess, and evens out in the end if you look over a longer time line.
Actually for me it is quite opposite. The things were very bad two weeks ago but now everything seems to be normal again.
I see your point, but we are loosing lots of money. We worked hard to make sales for the publisher and now they are getting all the money due to clickbanks errors. I think clickbank should figure out a way to end this problem and fast.
I dont think your statment is true. I mean I am new here but in 30 days I managed 2-sales a day with pure bum marketing.
Since I ussually get almost All my sales right after my article are submitted, and over the past 4 days I submitted 20 articles, do yall think I should resubmit them? Is this allowed if no change is made to the articles?
nope. you need to re-wirite / re-word those articles... but since you already have 20 re-wording them will be less time consuming and can have another 20 articles in ezine in short time.
