Seems to be that I won't be available to manage some of my sites due to the increased workload I have with my day job.

As explained above, one of the reason for sale is because I maxed out the resource on my server.

 

I want to see the payperpostforum, want to see the live site.

 

Any Revenue proof for those sites?

 

Assume no stable revenue since there is not much promotion taken to promote these sites. Price is based on traffic and PR.
For hotfreesms and payperpostforum, the script itself cost about the same. They have valid license from Alstrasoft and will be transferred together upon purchase.

Revenue from hotfreesms are not stable as they will someone buy sms credits once a while when they are satisfied with the service.

Revenue from payperpostforum is better. You will get some commission from advertisers when they create an ads on your site.

Site has not been properly promoted thus making the income low.
Taking in consideration that the script itself cost $400 and the site has been established into PR3, $500 is a good deal.

Payperpostforum.com was established 5 months ago after looking the demand of forum posters are high in webmaster forum.
The site was built on Alstrasoft's script which cost $175 per copy with 1 year support.
Site also hasn't properly promoted and was put offline for several months because my server's load was high from my proxy sites.
During its online time, PPPF has got many advertisers and posters.
So, decided to sell it off because I do not have much time to manage it.
