    Tech website / blog running Wordpress. All content and the domain name come with the package.

    Domain name expires on 22-03-2009.

    I can transfer the domain name to your own registrar and send all files zipped upon receiving payment. You will need to change the name servers and upload the site to your own web host. Once this is all active - I will be shutting my hosting account down. This is to ensure the site stays live for you however, it's your choice if you want me to do this.

    Adsense Info: http://www.picgeek.com/images/s1mysqixgix56hq1beal.jpg - Roughly 30-40 hits per day. I haven't done any marketting for this site apart from a link in my sig on one or two forums.

    I don't have enough time to maintain the site anymore, not to mention that I'm trying to take up some other hobbies that don't involve computers.

    I'd like to get around $200 for the site as a lot of time and effort has been put into it but please make an offer if you are interested. I will consider any reasonable offer.

    Website was offically sold earlier on today - payment has been received.
