    Yes sure, I personally designed them for this site, so these 3 templates rights will become the new owner's.

    Note 1: Small CSS's name was chosen to reflect the idea behind the site: pure css templates that are small and easy to edit. You can download one of them and see for yourself.

    Note 2: the site's design itself is custom css too
