Getting a lot of referrals from images.google.com
What does this mean really...

51% of my visits are coming from images.google.com

I am wondering if this traffic really is anything...and what can I do to really implement this into getting more traffic?

it is a good thing. it would be better if it was from keywords searches from google, but from images is good too. you have to attrat these visitors. to visit more pages on your site.

in my opinion, visitors from google images look like ghost because they dont click the ads

Try to study the way use see your site when it appear on the image search. Try to put some attractive link bait on top of you age since it is previewed on google image search.

Well, I think it depends on the visitors. Some visitors can also be interested on links on ads.

Is there a separate sitemap/submit for images and galleries for google images than the regular sitemap for your web site?

I used to get a ton of pictures indexed by google and get crazy traffic. Run CPM ads on there (I used CPXinteractive) and make some decent money with the "Ghost Traffic"

but better for good content sites may be they visit and like your content . than they can subscribe to your blog and in future you can earn something from them too . Traffic is always good .
