I doubt anyone will watch all 2 hours of this video, but it pretty much explains in depth how god is a superstition. If you really believe in god, watch this, you might not anymore. http://video.google.com/googleplayer.swf?docid=-594683847743189197&hl=en P.S. Fast Forward about 10 minutes
They can believe in the tooth fairy if they like, But if they start discriminating against gays, Mutilating childrens genitals or detonating bombs in coffee shops in the name of the tooth fairy then the superstition needs to be laid to rest and it needs to be pointed out that its about time they left this primitive desert cult where it belongs, In the dark ages. To make out a belief in god is just a harmless delusion is to deny everything we know about religion.
this reminds me of a verse in the bible which says . Psalm 14:1 says: The fool* says in his heart, “There is no God.†They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good. http://www.gotquestions.org/Does-God-exist.html http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=58473
I really enjoyed the movie. Thanks longhornfreak. But it's not so much about religion as it is about global politics in the world and how international banks are ruling the world.
one part of the video talks about there are only 1% atheist in jail or something. atheist are only a few in this world. just like there are more windows virus in the world compared to mac os why ? windows has a larger base that is all. if you are a atheist and dont believe in God can you explain levitation , things moving around on the shelfs ?. can you explain who created the universe ?. can you create a atom ? no you cant. you need to watch this movie http://www.expelledthemovie.com/
You misunderstood the data. The figures say 75% of Americans are christian and 75% of prison inmates are christian. 10% of America is atheist and only 0.2% of prison inmates are atheist. While christians are proportionally represented in prison, Atheists are proportional underrepresented in prison. Get it? Easy, it doesn't happen. There are ideas that exist and the new hadron accelerator being built has the capacity to prove the existence of alternate universes. I await the results. But then, Even if we had no clue how the universe formed and never find out, That in it's self isn't evidence for your explanation. To understand my point, Think of something you don't understand, Then imagine if i used your inability to currently understand it as evidence that superman done it. Does that logic make sense to you? Is your inability to currently explain something evidence for whatever explanation i come up with? No. enormous forces are required to condense energy into matter. I personally can't create an atom, What a stupid question to ask. http://www.expelledexposed.com
I agree with Stox. Why does everything need an explanation? Just because there is not 100% solid proof of what exactly created the universe doesn't mean it should automatically be assumed it was created by God. Just because I cannot tell you with 100% conviction what I think created the universe doesn't automatically mean we have to say "well it must have been God then".... There are some things in life that cannot be explained or we will never 100% know exactly what happened. Who killed Kennedy? I can accept the fact that there is not going to be an answer for everything in life, can you? And if there is this deperate need to have an explanation for EVERYTHING, please tell me this: Who created God? Oh wait. I already know the answer to that one..... And I swear people need to come up with better questions. As an atheist, I'm soooo getting sick and tired of that always being the first question out of people's mouths.
We have the Meissner effect, But im sure that isn't the levitation suzana was talking about, because anyone who knows about the meissner effect knows there is a perfectly reasonable explanation for it.
http://meshglass.deviantart.com/art/Sadhu-levitates-in-Bali-69965029 and this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X25SuEgxhn0 do some search on google and you know
there is a sticker that can be bought in stores it says "Science should be the investigation of the unexplained, not the explanation of the uninvestigated"
This is interesting data, it reminds me of the saying "there are no atheists in a fox hole" The same idea applies to prison in some ways, especially inmates nearing a visit to the parole board.
he's got to be, first of all deviantart... everyone there owns photoshop, and your video... you can see the strings at the end of the video lol.
