BANNED from ADSENSE... WHY?

Now... I read people cribbing that they were banned and some part of me said they must have done something ! But when it hits you you realize that Google fraud detection really sucks..!

Here I am trying a honest way to make money.... without any warning...wham...your are banned !

So google is desperate for money that they ban you and pocket the money without refunding the advertisers ?

So they appeal thing ...does it have any shot of working or should I be searching for an alternative ?

    P.S - Stopping my $300 adwords spending right away ! :p

You have gone against the TOS then.

Most of us here have been with adsense for years, and never a problem!

You could try to appeal but I don't think it will have much effect.

    Why did they ban you?

While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense
account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since
keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage
our advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account.

Please understand that we consider this a necessary step to protect the
interests of both our advertisers and our other AdSense publishers. We
realize the inconvenience this may cause you, and we thank you in
advance for your understanding and cooperation.

If you have any questions about your account or the actions we've
taken, please do not reply to this email. You can find more information
    by visiting

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

Technojuice, you can't say you're sure that it wasn't a TOS violation, because the only reason they will ban you is for a TOS violation.

What was your website? Where were your ads placed? Where was your traffic coming from?

Same here ive been with them since they started in beta, never a problem.
I have had a few times a admin contact me for some minor problems and they give you also enough time to correct it. But if you get strait banned with no warning, then you have gone against their TOS "Big Time"

Were you using adwords to send traffic to your adsense sites?

I really can't think of anything... I never had any spikes of invalid clicks or impression.... every day I get pretty much the same number of visitors... I have placed a total of 4 ads.... 2 images and 2 links.

The only time I clicked my own ad was 4 months ago by mistake... but a mail to support cleared that out !.... waiting for a response from them...!

    Donno yet !

One thing that strikes me is that most account are disabled as soon as they reach near the min withdrawal amount !

I guess its time to look for an alternative... I am jus glad that this happened before I put adsense in a major project....phew !

They should warn at least 1 time before they decide to ban their publisher

Hearing stuff like this really bums me out. I've worked really hard on my site and I hope that some day it actually produces something for me. Last thing I'd want to do is get banned at the $100 mark when I know for certain that I haven't violated Google's TOS.

    You can say that again....

4 months ago I clicked my ad by mistake (instead of clicking the firefox tab).... I earnestly mailed them and made sure everythin was ok... and never has my CTR gone beyond 2% and for a noob blog with less than 400 impressions a day. !

The least that can do is offer a concrete reasons for banning... what kinda a reason is "we found that your AdSense
account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers" !
