    Revenue:

View the revenue spreadsheet here -
    http://hollowichigo.com/stocks/sarahsales.xls

The revenue is generated via commissions from sales of an affiliate ebook. The ebook is through Clickbank, so you can change it over to your ID in seconds.

The revenue has consistently increased over the past months as you can see.

    Traffic:

Nothing special, averages around 18 visits a day, but that is only because they are all super-targeted visits.

    Ranking:

Ranked in the top 5 for virtually all the main keywords in all the main SEs. Here are the specific rankings for the main keywords:

    Sarah summer - G#2 MSN - #1 Y!- #1
    sarah summer yeast - #5 MSN - #1, Y-#1
    sarah summer yeast infection -#7 MSN -#1, Y1 - #1 and #2

Please feel free to verify this by searching on Google right now.

    Potential for growth:

With some more good backlinks, it should easily be ranking #1 for most of its keywords, and earning may easily go over $1000 a month.
It is currently PR2, and predicted PR is 4 - http://www.iwebtool.com/pagerank_prediction.

    Maintenance and Advertising:

    Zero maintenance.

We do some PPC, but it is less than 10% of the net revenue. You could simply stop the PPC and not notice a huge difference in the earnings. Most of the traffic comes from organic searches. If you would like to continue using PPC promotions, we'll send over the ads and keywords we have been using as well.

    What you get:

    Domain name

The content on the site (including images).

All the backlinks pointing in to the site.

A custom CMS (costs $1k + to be developed).

All of our tested Adwords campaigns so you can apply them to PPC immediately.

    Payment:

Will take Paypal, Google Checkout, Escrow and Bank Accounts.

Paypal only for verified buyers who have feedback here on NP already. Will NOT accept paypal dealings with new members. Preferred method is Escrow. Buyer/Seller split the Escrow fee 50-50.

3 day test period so you can see that the site indeed makes the sales that we've shown in the revenue sheet.

We are looking for $7900 for the site as a starting bid, with $8400 as the BIN price. The revenue generated in May = $740, therefore 10x = $7400. Plus, we would like $500 for the CMS + all of our split tested PPC campaigns that you can apply immediately to this website. Additionally, there's great potential in the site to rank even higher and earn in excess of $1,000 a month!
UPDATE : In June so far, just in the first 2 days, the site has earned $100+.

Simply because we are raising cash for upcoming projects. In all actuality we will keep the site unless we get a good offer on it.

If you have questions, please post there here as well, so everyone can get the answer.

Question: How do I know that the website will actually make me money?
Ans: We'll use an Escrow transfer, and you will get 3 days to inspect the site and see that it actually makes the money. That way, both of us are kept safe!

They should have taken the 7k on sitepoint. The risk you take with a site like this is that it is relying on only one clickbank product. The fact that the domain is the name of the product would make it even more difficult to retool if the product was no longer offered.

    nagycsongi, just PMed you.

    Story about Sitepoint:
We talked to the guy (Ken) who placed the bid on the site, since we were looking for a quick sale. He said that if we ended the auction, we could start the transaction right away. So we started the Escrow transaction, and I ended the auction. Then AFTER the transaction has started, and he agreed to the terms in Escrow, he 'realized' that he didn't have the money to pay. In essence, he had us end the auction unnecessarily, and then never responded to any PMs or emails. I do not know if this was intentional on his part or not.

yeah, I was pretty upset too, but it worked out for the better as I found out that I'd made an error and underestimated the earnings from the site :)

The sale of this site was paused for a while since Nethead made a serious offer. However, I haven't heard from him in the last 5 days, so I'm continuing the sale here.
