Anyone Else Just Sick Of Ebay And Paypal ??????

Just wondering, I just got screwed over by a buyer that paypal sided with.

Son of a bitch bought a lot of 50 used treos off me that were all GSM,
Filed a chargeback with his credit card as he said they were CDMA phone ( total BS )

So anyways this has been going on for over a month and a half now, I just receive the package back and it has four bricks in the box.....

Now I am out $3000 and change for the phones, owe paypal $3000 and this guy send me back a bunch of f$#%$## bricks.

And here is the beauty he is no longer a registered user on eBay,

How the F#@$#$#$%#@ are they still in business and how can they keep doing this to people.

I think that I might just have to find time to create the site for a domain I bought a little while back

    www.fuckpaypalandebay.com

if anyone would like to be a part of it let me know.

    I am so mad !!!

I have stopped using Ebay since a year because Ebay started charging me double for some things.
Like I had placed a car for sale on Ebay which at the time was 50€, when my visa statement arrives I see that Ebay has charged me 2 x 50€. I called, e-mailed and they kept saying that I did in fact place 2 cars up for sale.

I asked proof of it and they sent an e-mail back that they don't deal with scammers...
If it was for big money I'd sue them (and probably lose, but anyway)

Now I hear more and more stories of people getting screwed by Ebay and I also keep hearing people getting screwed by paypal. (Which I did have happen as well but not for such amounts)

I bought an Ebook, payment done, everything okay and all of the sudden I am back at the payment page.
I e-mail the ebookowner telling them I just bought, gave them my e-mailadress and they couldn't find it.

I called paypal to explain the situation, they called paypal, since they didn't receive the money
Never heard back from paypal and the owner of the Ebook gave me a free copy lol he said "thank you for trying to pay" in a laughing manner over skype :D lol

There should be new players in town, ones who'd whip Ebay and paypals butt, so we can stop using paypal and Ebay.

$40 listing fee and $40 selling fee. Unless you hit the submit button twice and listed the same car twice. Then you got screwed.

the car didn't get sold. 0 bids on a white porsche lol :D and I pretty clearly remember just pressing the "submit" button once. Has happened with smaller items as well though.

Now I use free auction sites and they actually seem to outperform Ebay for me.

I cannot tell you how aggrivated I am with Ebay. I just don't understand why you would do business the way they have recently chosen to do so. On the other hand, they must be doing something right...I just chose to not deal with it anymore!

I suggest you make a complaint to your local police regarding a fraud complaint.

Ebay has been getting too greedy, but I've never had a drama with paypal and like the ease of use of their service.

Absolute A-holes, Double Charge everyone on the eBay and Paypal Scam ( and it is a scam ! ) also double charged on Tax / VAT unless you are a business customer, most the items have already had tax paid in their country.

Also they want your credit card details from you for an " easier experience", and cheekily try and trick you when you make one time payments into clicking an agreement which will enable direct debit.

Just become a total arse hole of an experience to do business with, big opening for a free service that won't try and fuck you every chance they get.

Company policy is screwed I would clear out all the top management and start again.

paypal and ebay are in control of USA

no one on earth can do anything to them

as long as your case.. you got punished by cyber criminals (happens everyday)

ebay and paypal is not responsible for this robbery..

before selling to anyone u need to be sure about your customer..

also to spend online ppl need credit card

and credit card companies allows chargeback facility to protect scams and buyers

hackers hack this credit card.. or paypal accounts with credit card.. and pays u.. u ship the goods .. and you are gone.. happens in sites that accept 2checkout and others also..

if u dont belive me u can check hacking videos on youtube.. about shop admin hack or search in google for forums like that..

    dont thing its easy..

hackers work like two to 5 years to learn and invent all these..

its not easy to be a hacker.. 1 in a million can be.. so they say they deserve the money.. they are educated criminals and thiefs..

also if paypal dont allow chargebacks like e-gold did

the sellers will not ship the goods and scam buyers..

its easy to post images and text and attach a buy now button so they will get the money and run....

but its not easy to spend (so fraud cases are minimal)

you know what happend to e-gold intgold etc
