So how many of you have experienced a drop in adsense earnings alledgedly due to googles problems, mine have dropped 70 to 80 per cent a day. any advice to recoop? ta muchly
It's killing my best site. Google's issues have dropped my traffic down (on that site) by about 70%. Hopefully it straightens itself out soon. Google was only finding 2 of 300 pages yesterday, but today it sees 42. Hopefully that keeps going back up. Given that I run a small site with little return, this has been a huge issue for me.
If you have fewer pages being indexed by Google, you might want to look at an entry in Matt Cutts' blog: http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/indexing-timeline/ I'd try to re-cap it, but its just too long and complicated
same here our CTR and EPCM has went down by 75%, this problem has been going for few days, the worst of it is in addition to the drop in ctr and epcm we have had a 50% drop in traffic due to google indexing problems, so here we are double hit both ways...
I read the post as well as the discussion here about it, but I still don't understand why my site was dropped almost completely. I'm not really a 'webmaster' and perhaps I just don't have the history to understand all that's going on. All I know is that almost all of my pages were dropped. That's just frustrating given how much traffic can come from google.
I'd also like to know what this problem is with Google? I haven't heard anything. Can somebody please explain?
I don't about any problems with Google, but my earnings are only 40% of what they used to be just a few weeks ago. This is just so discouraging .
The problem I've been having is being delisted by google. I went from google seeing several hundred pages down to 2. They've begun to recrawl, but it's been hard on me for the past two weeks. You can read all about it in this thread:http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=85615
who knows what the problems, just there are some seriously limiting peoples performance, all the other forum posts are mentioning many problems with goolge & if we are all experiencing drops in earnings there clearly is one or maybe 2
