Hpkmedia was my favorite project throughout all my websites I have built; I had a lot of fun building/expanding the site. There are many different sections to the site. All of which should increase in Pagerank in the next update, the main page however should increase in PageRank to pr4-pr5 very soon. There are some pages with inner pr. The main site is a webmaster blog. The posts rank fairly well in google's searches. Traffic is good considering I never promoted the site at all. Meaning I never used any paid promotion. The only reason I am selling it, is because I do not have the time to expand the site to its full potential. I am also going to start a business in the coming months which will keep me from the online world =).

HpkMedia's HomePage/Blog (PR3) – The blog section of the site has been a mixture of webmaster related posts and site news. I believe there are about 33 posts currently right now. I did a couple of paid posts for people at the rate of $25 per post. I have been asked to do many more but declined because I wanted the blog to be mainly about marketing and not website reviews.

HpkMedia's Article Directory (PR3) - this part of the site is an article directory. There are currently +35000 Articles and more and more are added each day.

HpkMedia's Web Directory (2500+ backlinks) - the directory is expanding rapidly as well it has around +12000 active links and gets around 100+ submissions a day. I just added paid links recently it has been making an average of $50-$100 a month. This part of the site is run on PHPLD with link removal.

HpkMedia's Web Hosting (PR3) - the hosting part of the site was just recently started as I planned to host some of my clients. Currently there is one shared hosting account and one reseller account active. The software used is WHMCS with link removal. For the last 4 months it has made over $1000+. I did no paid promotion what so ever. Most clients came by search engines or from another part of the site.

HpkMedia’s Services – In part of all the other things going on with the site I provide a number of services such as directory submission and script installation. So far I have made about $200-$300 doing random services for people that contact me.

Something I wanted to do with the site was to ad an advertising network. This would be similar to adbrite.com. I bought the script from phplemon but never got around to building that section of the site up. It is installed at http://ads.hpkmedia.com the license alone is $249

There are tons of things on the site which should be viewed. Just go to the site and look around it is very large.

As far as monthly costs - $75 a month for a dedicated server.

The site’s monthly income for the last 4 months has been about $300-$400. All revenue comes through as cash and is not rely on any affiliate programs. This site has the potential however to bring in more revenue without doing anything, by adding affiliate programs like Google Adsense. I recommended doing it on the blog and article directory section for the best results. This site is not banned by Adsense I simply just never used it because prefer sites without it.
