These are some of Google's biggest nonstarter Web services, software programs, and business moves" Interesting Article @ PC World - http://www.pcworld.com/article/146101-1/top_10_google_flubs_flops_and_failures.html Regardless of how much a a Google fan you are, you have to admit they do bring out some ideas that sounds so good and promising which then becomes stagnant somewhat - they appear to rely on the "If we build it, they will come" principle a bit too much at times.
Never understood the bright idea to charge for Google Answers. You'd think it'd be better monitized with upgrades and promotions or something. On that same note, I find it amazing how an eloquent idea like Yahoo Answers took so long to come around.
Regardless of Googles mishaps somehow they are still the industries top search engine and still growing. Whatever Google does everyone seems to follow suit.
Only slaves follow and obey whatever their master tells them, whether it be right or wrong. Which one are you?
