Today I'm Putting Up My Entire Content Creation Business For Sale.

I'm getting out of the writing business, my other sites are taking up too much of my time, so as much as I hate to let it go, I'm putting QualityCustomContent.com up for sale.

This is the perfect opportunity for a professional writer or anyone who thinks they can market content creation services well.

I'm getting out of the content business, and I think that QualityCustomContent.com deserves a good home.

I earn roughly $6-$8k per month performing content creation work. Personally, I do a lot of the writing myself, because I enjoy it, but I occasionally outsource. You could market the site, outsource everything, and still make a nice amount of money with very little effort.

I know there are a lot of writers here on DP who only earn maybe .02 per word or less. With QCC I'm consistently able to get jobs that pay .05 to .10 per word extremely easy. If you can type 500-1,000 words an hour that kind of money starts to add up fast.

The Website: The website itself is simply a marketing tool. It's something that I can show to clients in order to show the quality of my writing and establish credibility.

It also provides an overview of the services that my company performs, as well as an easy way for potential customers to contact me.

It was never meant to be promoted much in the search engines, just used as a tool to show potential clients. I've actually received around 4 orders from people who found me in the search engines, and two of those people became long term, well paying clients.

It doesn't receive a ton of traffic, but the traffic it gets is extremely high targeted. I'll post some stats below, although it's only been on the server for a couple of months.

The Business:

This is the real value in this auction. The website alone receives little traffic, has no PR, and you may not think it's the prettiest site in the world. It does do a great job of building trust with (some very high profile) clients.

But the real value here is the business. If you're a freelancer writing for .02 per word, it's tough to get by.

When you get into the .05-.10 per word range, you can earn a very comfortable living.

I earn money via Paypal, Wire transfers, direct deposits, checks, cash, ect. So I'm not posting revenue screens. Take a look at my reputation, some of my forum posts, ect, if you have any concerns about my income.

This is a business, I do well with it, but you need to realize that this is a business, and it does take work to be successful.

This website isn't right for everyone. I can teach you to market yourself, but you need to be able to build trust with customers. You need to meet deadlines, or have your writers meet their deadlines.

This isn't an auction. I'm simply taking offers.

With the website, and my help, there's no reason you can't make at least $6,000 a month or much more as well.

I won't be providing a list of past or current clients for their own privacy. I will tell you exactly where I find these clients though (hint, most of them aren't from DP.)

I also won't be providing any of my work to use for samples. People want to see samples. You can use my sales copy on the website, but I won't allow my work to be used as writing samples if I'm not going to be the one doing the writing.

Getting writing jobs that pay .10 per word isn't difficult. I'm giving away trade secrets along with this auction that I would never share with anyone.

I realize it's tough to put a value on the site. It's not automated. It does take some work. You do have to deal with customers. But it is extremely lucrative. I wouldn't be selling if I still had time for it.
