    Hi,

    I'm considering selling my GTA4 website for the right price. This has a great type in domain!

    I bought this website a few weeks ago from Sitepoint but I realized that I don't have the time to work on this site.

    There is nothing wrong with the site, I just don't have the time to work on it, I haven't touch it since I bought it except changing the Adsense code.

    What's the traffic?
    According to statcounter.com it's averaging 116 uniques/day - that's without promotion at all, only type in traffic and SE.

    How much is it making?
    Only Adsense income right now and it's averaging $2.06/day - I can provide a screenshot.

    As you can see you can earn A LOT more if you can promote and monetized the website. GTA4 is a HOT game right now so it wouldn't be hard getting traffic to this site especially if you have a premium domain like this website has.

    What is the price?
    I'm accepting offer starting at $1k with no reserve.

    This is an auction with an increment of $100

    I bought the website for less than the price I'm asking right now but I'm not really willing to sell it for the original price I bought it for, the domain alone is worth a lot.

    Yes, I'm also selling the site for more than 12 months of income. I rather keep the site rather than selling it for less than 1k let's just leave it at that. I may even regret selling it for only this much in the future, we'll see :)
