I have withdrawn funds o my bank account(state bank of India) 2 days ago and now the status has been changed as 'COMPLETED' from 'PENDING'. So, I have checked my bank balance. But, there is no change in the bank balance. Whats wrong?

Did it ever happened to you? I have sent the mail to PayPal. but, it seems like they will take time to reply me. Please help me!!!

This happen always,by "completed" means paypal has done everything from their side, now your bank will take 1-2 more days to add funds to your account,u will get it by today.

Even I requested money on Sunday and it is showing completed,so i think i will also get it by today.

Banks work via a system of 'clearing banks'. It's like the banking equivalent of Escrow. Bank-A (or Paypal) shunts the money for Bank-B (destination account) to Clearing Bank. Clearing bank confirms the cash is there and forwards it to Bank-B. Takes a few days.

Yea, but sometimes incoming bank transfers need to be intimated before to your bank branch; else they might reject it or put on hold. (as illegal activities and frauds are often commited through bank transfers)

I am not about your paypal account but when I withdraw from it, there is a notification that say that transfers will take between 5 to 7 working days. Do you see something like that when you withdraw ?

Do you use online banking facility for your SBI account  If not then go to any nearest ATM and check your mini statement through your SBI Debit cum ATM card.

    DON.

It usually takes 3-5 days for the money to reflect in your bank account. Don't worry you will surely get it in few days . As long as you have the right information in your withdrawal then you should not worry since it is already marked as completed.

Relax dude, completed means paypal has done your request successfully. It doesn't mean the money is in your bank at the same time. Banks has its own procedure and process receiving funds.

    Best of luck :D

I have been transferring from Paypal to State Bank of India. Have done it many times and invariably, I receive funds on the second working day. This time, however, it has been six working days since I withdrew funds and I've not seen a credit so far.

Perhaps something changed a bit at State Bank.

Since Paypal says 5-7 working days, I guess it can take a day more.

Anyway, in your case, its still early days! :)

    Best,

Your funds will take 5-7 days to get in your bank as others have said (its took 10 days on a few occasions here in the UK). I wouldn't worry about it or contact Paypal unless its been 14 days since you started the transfer.
